Acne

If it's really bad see your doctor. He can get you a prescription of some powerful acne killing pills or creams that you can't get OTC. Otherwise just keep your face clean (not necessarily dry), get a lot of sleep, drink water and not coffee, and don't get stressed too much.
 
Benzoperoxide. Get a wash with it, and a cream that can be applied before bed (you don't want it on during the day, especially if you go outside)

Just beat off a lot. Everytime you feel stressed, just whip it out, and start pleasing yourself. Doesn't matter if your at the library, starbucks, at the mall, or in the car! IT can be done anywhere. That's the magic of it.

I tried every product under the sun. What cured me: scrub with lukewarm water until skin is smooth, then wash with regular bar soap. That, and I turned 20 years old 😛

monocycline, if not, accutane. basically, go see a dermatologist. Nothing worked for me until I spent me some time w/ the accutane.
