If you had to choose between eating Refined Carbs or Acne? 
:\ The reason I started was because I was trying to get huge like the people at the gym.
I did 3 rounds of identical "refined carbs" experiments on myself.
w/ refined carbs, I had acne breakouts within 1 week of eating them.
w/ fruits, substituted to the EXACT proportion in Calories of the refined carbs that I ate prior, I became completely acne free within the same 1 week period.
I am on my 3rd month with 0 breakouts, even with little to NO extra facial care.
The Problem is,, Bread is delicious, french fries are delicious, AND they make you grow more muscles "so I've heard."
