what does "or sweat hard because your pours will open up" mean ? Is it a good thing or bad thing if pores open up ? Does it absorb whatever you put on your face better ? Small pores (so it's smooth looking) is normal, right ?

opening pores for oxygen is good but you need to clean your face right after working out.
