Acne around my jawline

The skin around my jawline will get quite a few bumps everytime when school starts. They are not really noticeable but are painful to touch. I was thinking it could be due to stress and/or lack of sleep. But when I did a search on google a moment ago, I got to a messageboard saying it might have something to do with sugar level. That also relates to me because I don't have time to eat lunch everyday. I always feel dizzy in the afternoon. So can sugar level be a culprit to these jawline acne. Also, anyone has them too? They are royal PITA.
I am sure it's not related to my hygiene because it only occurs around my jawline. I don't even know if they are acne, they are just bumps that feel fairly solid deep below the skin.

nm about the diabetes comment. acne is usually caused by stress or oil on the skin. the more you touch, the more it grows. see if you can talk to a dermatologist (sp?) about it.

Despite what anyone says, acne is not really caused by hygiene, especially what you describe.

If I don't wash my face as much as I need to every day, I break out.

Do you rest that spot on your hand while in class?

Nah, I stop doing that because of these bumps. If i apply pressure to them, it's painful. Now I rest my ear on my hand in class.

My diet is pretty plain right now, lunch I drink protein shake and may be a sandwich now and then. Dinner is home cook Chinese food. I think may be I will try drink some more water, or bring a bottle of water. The water fountains in my school taste like water coming from a rusted toilet bowl.

Get that strong-@ss acne wash and leave it there over night
Let the acid burn your acne off and you wont' have to suffer for another year

it could be you don't brush your teeth or wash your mouth cause of your lack of sleep :/

interesting. I myself have never had the privilege of drinking from a rusted toilet bowl.

I get these zits around my mouth about once or twice a year and its bad because it looks like I have oral herpes, and counting the amount of times I've met "Coronel Angus" the chances are 0 to none that I have that, I hope.

do you rest your head on your hand durring class? i bet that is what is giving you acne. The oil and dirt from your hand is there constantly.
Try not leaning your head on your hand and also, change/wash your pillow cases once a week.

see if that helps 🙂
