Freaky deaky!
So I was surfing on my XM this morning and most of my XM channels are now Sirius channels!
What I mean is....
XM used to have Lucy (90's alternative), Ethel (current alternative) and Fred (80's alternative) as well as Big Tracks (big rock), Flight 26 (pop rock), etc.
Now I have Alt Nation, Lithium, First Wave, Classic Vinyl and The Pulse.
Some stations are still the same like Deep Tracks (playing Rolling Stones' Gimme Shelter right now BTW).
I knew that XM and Sirius merged and they've been trying to get me to pay extra for Sirius stations like Howard Stern and Martha Stewart, but I had no idea that they'd be changing some of my existing channels.
That said... it's not necessarily "bad". I'm familiar with Sirius from having rented Chrysler vehicles with Sirius installed. Lithium was a station I always wished XM had (Lithium is WAY better than Lucy or Ethel). Well... now I have Lithium! LOL!
I just think it's weird that they'd change up like that without any kind of formal notice.
