Ack!! When I take Screen shots in CS They are blury when I paste them in Paint!

I hit the "prtscn" button in CS (to have a record of me kicking my friend's @$$) and when I paste in paint it is all blurry.

I am using a 8500 oem (230... grr...)

If we cant fix this problem, it there another way to take screen shots?
