hi all, i have a SB Live! Value PCI soundcard on Epox 8kha+ board ...

everytime my computer access the HD i hear faint static noises in the background (the headphones pick it up well) and it bugs me.. is there a way to reduce the hissing noises? move it to another pci slot?


no telling me to buy new soundcard plz 😱x
