Ack I keep getting "Security Alert" "Certificate Expired" in IE6

Its so annoying I get it everywhere, hotmail, banks, anywhere there is security stuff.. 🙁
Anyways I look at the certificate and its not expired.

The only things that changed:
I was messing around with overclocking the FSB anyways I locked up my system real good & had to clear the CMOS well it reset the date & that made my trial version of Norton Flip out. Anyways Norton wouldnt let me do anything after this, open Word files, check email, so I uninstalled it and that seems to have fixed everything but this one problem.
(ohh i changed the date back to normal)

Anyone have an idea (other then re-installing windows)
