i was horrified when it happened but it seems to be working fine. i was installing the hsf and I slipped.

I've done that lots of times.... mobos are pretty tough, and your should be fine.

Did that to a S370 -> Slot-1 adapter... scared the hell out of me, but it seemed to work just fine.
