I hope you realized before they received the packages, that way you can warn them ahead of time.

BTW, can I buy an MX440 from you?

e-mail immediately and tell them you got some packages mixed up from different auctions you had going. Ask them to send them back and you'll send the proper package back to them with $10 for their trouble.

That should motivate them enough to not open the box first.

depends on what type of people you're dealing with......tell them the mistake.......and if they're nice/honest people they'll understand. One way to fix it is to send out two MO's for the shipping amount and have them ship to eachother ;) that's the first thing that came to mind.......good luck man!

wow, You'd have to instill a LOT of trust on their accounts for that. i'd stick to a promised refund for sending it back (just to the guy that bought the mx and got the ti4600...I'm sure the other guy will cooperate!)

I have to agree with kherman, dont tell them WHATS in there just that its wrong. Maybe they'll assume its a Soundblaster 16 or something and just ship it back.

whoa, the mx440 guy opened his ti4600 and installed it. he told me he said he thought i sent the wrong thing. he lives 8 miles away oddly, so hopefully i can fix this.
