ACF7 or Ultra 90?

Hello all,

I have fairly straightforward question. I'll be buying an entirely new set up in the coming weeks, it looks like so:

DS3
E6600
2x1GB G. Skill PC6400
EVGA 8800 GTX
Corsair 520W PSU

I'm wanting to O/C the E6600 to 3GHz, I've narrowed my cooling options down to the above 2 but can't find ANY comparison between the 2 directly. First off, will 3Ghz be attainable with either of these 2 sinks (seems like it) and if so, which would you recommend?

I had thought about that one since it absolutely should be able to handle the E6600 to 3Ghz but no one seems to know when it's coming out or how much it might go for (as I'm trying to go for $20-$40 for the cooler).

Doesn't look like anyone else has been able to find any direct comparisons between these 2 HSFs either...I'm sorta leaning towards the Ultra 90 with a quiet Nexus fan.
