Acers wont post after power out

I went to lunch and came back to the office to find my power must have flickered, as everything was reset. I have two new Acer Aspire ACA E360UD3800 desktops and they are having the same problem now. Normally when I turn them on the fan goes full throttle for one second then back to low while the computer boots up and stays that way. Now when I turn them on the computers dont post, no video, no keyboard lights and the fan stays full throttle forever. The computer lights up like normal and is getting power but something major happened. Both computers have the exact same problem and are behind a surge protector (doesn't mean much).

Any ideas on what I can do?
