Acer WTF happened?

The mom+pop shop I work at only uses Acer computers. So yesterday we get one in...2.93GHz P4, 52x CDROM (why do these even exist), 80GB, 256MB. So I go and turn it on...first thing I hear is....nothing...I thought something was wrong lol. So I change the KVM to that screen and I see..."Unmountable Boot Volume"...wtf! So I go and open the case...THE HARD DRIVE POWER IS UNPLUGGED!...the SATA one. Nice job Acer! What if this computer had gone to the hopeless computer user at Best Buy? They woulda had to bring it back and those idiots probably couldn't have fix it and woulda charged $100 for a diagnostic.

Acer's really good usually...but I dont know what happened here...

I have foiund the SATA power to really lock in good ubt the regular stat cable I think is a bit loose when compared to PATA IDE cables....Sh^t happens in rough transport so it could have cmae loose there....I think SATA devices should have locking cable those. I think most things should to avoid this. I like the locking mechanisms on the agp slots as well...
