Acer V66-M - who made m/b?

Hi,

I'm trying to help a guy out who has a P2 based machine - an Acer V66-M. He's trying to get a Geforce MX running stable in it. All he can tell me is that the board has the Intel BX chipset on it.

Who made this board for Acer? Where could I find BIOS updates? (The Acer support site is about as useful as mammary glands on a bull).

well....ACER has daughter company name Aopen, Apacer, etc....
Acer also has direct tech support to TaTung PC division. (Now you know who makes your favorite DELL PC)

Check Aopen website, you might find the mobo support you want then.
