Acer Travelmate 2304LCI

Hi all, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with these notebooks yet, a friend of mine here at work sees one in the Radio Shack flyer for $899 CDN.

Should he go for it? Based on my preliminary reading of this forum, Acer doesn't sound like a bad choice?

Well after quite a bit of googling, I am convinced this must be a new model since there does not seem to be any reviews floating around. I was able to discover that Acer is a pretty good brand name for notebooks. Thanks anyway everyone, take care.

I like acer laptops. we sell a lot of them at our computer shop. you get pretty good features for the price.

I know this thread is old, but I've considering the exact same notebook. The price range for it now is $700-$850, with the lowest ($700) at buy.com
