I have enabled the overclock on the actual monitor. Whenever I try to push it up to 165 hz refresh rate in Nvidia Control Panel, it won't work and just gets stuck on a mostly dark blue with the top part of my screen as a lighter blue. It eventually reverts back to 144 hz. I have a 780 ti and should be able to support that refresh rate. 364.51 is my driver version. The monitor has no dead pixels and very minimal backlight bleeding. I will most likely still keep the monitor even if I am unable to find a solution.

Per the reviews on that monitor, the 165hz mode is really super gimmicky anyways. You get lots of extreme overdrive and ghosting issues when pushing past 144hz. Even going past 120hz started seeing IQ degradation. TBH it's not even worth worrying about, i'd just use 144hz mode.
