acer power jack problems

I am trying to take the back cover off of a Acer Aspire 3000 and can't get it. Want to resolder the connection for the jack. Tried to google for a service manual and also posted on notebookforums.com but no luck. Anyone here have advice or know where I may be able to find a service manual that shows how to disassemble it?

Start removing screws. Usually, there's a bunch of them hidden under assorted stickers.

Also, I would not be surprised if the laptop was from another OEM - check to find out if it is. You may be able to find another guide that would work.
