I just picked up the Acer P244wb from newegg. I got a conversion cable because my video card is DVI and the monitor only has HDMI and VGA.
I noticed some blotchyness on some black backgrounds and some thumbnails look really grainy.
So I decided to look for the driver. The driver doesn't exist on the web site so I had windows update look for it.
The windows update found a driver but in the driver name it showed up as
P244W (Analog)
I read on a newegg review that one of the guys was able to change it to Digital but I can't for the life of me do it. I've told the driver to uninstall and delete and then looked for it again on windows update but each time it keeps saying analog.
Any ideas?
