It's a dead or stuck pixel, there's no repairing it.

You can contact the manufacturer to see if they will RMA it, but most panel companies won't for just one pixel. You'll have to look at the details of their warranty, and see how many pixels must be dead / stuck before they will do it.

Edit:

Here's their warranty policy for pixels (although it might be different in your country, you'll have to check):

You cannot ask people how to further damage your monitor so you can claim an RMA

Odds are any replacement panel will have one or two dead pixels as well

That's just how it goes with the current state of panel production at the current resolutions.

Unless you're willing to pay out for a reference-quality panel, this is just something you have to live with.

Occasionally you'll find a consumer panel that IS perfectly flawless, but you can't count on it when buying a monitor.

My 43" 4k has 4 dead pixels across the entire panel, my 27" 1440p 144hz has 2 dead pixels.

most people don't even realize they have dead/stuck pixels since a single pixel on a modern high PPI display is fairly difficult to see without searching for it.

It's not something you would see during normal use at a normal viewing distance, unless the knowledge of its location is constantly circling in your conscious mind. In that case, abandon the folly of display shopping as it has no good outcome.
