Acer Monitor is displaying a "Input Not supported"

I've recently purchased an ASUS 144hz monitor and installed the lightstrobe thing for less motion blur. Problem is I didn't notice that I had to change which monitor to install the program in and have also installed it on my 60hz acer monitor.

Really need help!!!!

nevermind I've found a solution and for those who might have made the same mistake I have, here's a solution

right click and select nvidia control panel > change resolution > select monitor > click customize > create custom resolution > change refresh rate to 60 > click test. If it doesn't automatically select the custom setting, select it yourself
