I am trying to figure out if the better graphics that come with the AS4530-5627 make that unit a better choice for me. I have posted my specific question here.

Thanks for any help people may have. It looks like I have my current laptop sold, so now I need to pull the trigger... (a luxury problem, I know :p)

imo its not worth the extra $60 for the newegg one. the 9100 ~might~ be better, but it wont be by much.

Hi, thanks.. I did end up getting the 9100M-G machine, which is now OS, btw. I do realize that since I do not need 3D graphics and am not into programing, that I probably could have saved my money. I guess I figure I may get into those things at some point... that, and the fact that the reviews on Newegg were just so amazing, that I did not want to take a chance on a different, if similar, model... I have always been a sucker for good graphics. BTW, I also grabbed two sticks of 2GB Ram to throw at Vista.. and yes, she does fly! I am very happy.
