If there's no COA at the bottom of the laptop. what do I do? It has all the acer stickers but did not see a windows coa.
If it is Windows 8/8.1, the key is in the BIOS. Just download the ISO using the tool in the link provided by ketchup, create your install disc/USB and reinstall. You shouldn't even need to insert the key as it is done automatically (I have done this on a Windows 8 laptop, installed Windows 8.1 straight on). Make sure you download the correct version (Home or Pro).
