I went and looked at the Acer today. I don't think it is a bad deal at all, but I would recommend upgrading the ram. It is kinda pokey with 512 in it. It is loaded with Vista, home basic I assume. I did not buy one yet, thinking about it. The sales help told me it was a terrible laptop and it compared to laptops made in the late 90's and he could show me something better..........LOL I wanted to ask him how many processors like that were in lappys back then.
