its for a pci-express ati x700 mobility , what can i replace it with?

if its soldered to the motherboard then a whole new mobo.
if its a little mxm type card then i'd try to find as close to an exact replacement as possible. a lot of laptops are built with specific thermals in mind. going beyond what it was originally designed to do could cause problems.
