ACER AL732 16ms & 16.7m colours? HELP!!

Hi,
does anyone know if this color specs are true? I though this TFT had the same AUO panel of the Nec, Hitachi... with its 262.000 colours limitation.

These are the full specs of the AL732 from their website:

If anyone has this monitor please tell me if it displays 16.7m colours truly or if it is an error and only displays 6 bits + FRC.
