Is it any better? Any difference other then the color? I can't find any reviews! Same price on newegg and I wanted the 2216Wbd >_< so I'm thinking I should get it.
 
yeah i noticed it had changed...just a refresh i suppose. I would assume its the same panel, probably with a different controller or updated firmware.
 
That was quick. I just bought mine about 6 weeks ago, and its already replaced... I'm happy with mine, so any small improvments they made are for the better. It looks mainly like they imrpved the appearance of the monitor - the new model looks a lot better.
 
i think the 23 series, has a nicer stand. thats about it.


for the 2416 and 2423 thats basically the difference. and they still sell both of them
 
looks like the new one has 800:1 contrast compared to the 700:1 in the prior model. Is that change noticeable to the naked eye?
