I know that some of you have the Acer 320U scanner working in win2k, but how did you do it?
I am using the win2k driver from Acer and the scanner seems properly set up in the device manager, but my software does not recognize it. I am using Ulead Photo Express 2.0. Do I need version 3.0?
Also, win2k did not set up my computer as ACPI, but as Standard PC. Is this the problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don't know if my problem is the windows installation as Standard PC, the Acer driver, or my software.
