Acer 22" Widescreen LCD monitor for $265

Svnla

Lifer
Local CC store has an ad for 3 days sale <today until Sat> and it has Acer 22" WS LCD for $290 after $10 MIR. They also have coupon at the checkouit desk for instant $25 gift card.

$300 price - $10 rebate - $25 gift card = $265 plus taxes. Not bad at all

Model AL2216WBD. I did some search on google and pricegraber and the reviews are positive and it is a good deal.

I have $15 off coupon and I will try to use it to buy another one. If I can do it, then it will be $250 for the monitor, a very good price I think.

the price is good, but the Pixel Pitch is .282mm, a little bit high though. thanks

all the 22" 1680x1050 monitors have the same pixel size.

lcds of the same size and resolution have the same pixel size.

I just got a samsung...same screen...
the pixel size is fine...it looks exaclty like my std 19" as far as text and desktop use.
The Games look....GREAT

only thing with the samsung is the BLEED is terrible.
I am going to return it to CC I don't know if I should gamble on another samsung or go with one of these.

remember samsung has height and tilt on stand..acer is tilt only

Big thanks for the info on this one

Hope they have one in store to look at.

OK, so I picked this up for $299 - $40, and I'm going to send in the $10 rebate but how did you all get the $25 gift card? Nobody heard of it at the costomer service desk or the department where I bought the monitor.

TIA

I didn't get the gift card, but I bought it anyway. 288 including tax seemed pretty good to me for a 22". I had returned the 22" samsung and I'm glad I did. This monitor is superior. Everything looks great, if there is something wrong with it then I am not enough of an elitist to recognize it.

The samsung was tilted to the left about 2/8 of an inch. Not much but it was very noticeable as soon as I sat down the first time. I took it back and their replacement was tilted to. It went back and I got this acer. Thanks op.

Yep, coupon inside store. I used the $40 off 199 coupon though. You can't combine the 2. I flirted with the cashier a bit and when it wouldn't print the rebate form, she just credited my card for the $10. 😀 That and I had a few gift cards, I walked out with the monitor for $210 including tax.

I'm happy.
