Acer 14" WXGA Core 2 Duo with ATI MR X1600

Their 15.4'' laptops with the x1600 aren't even efficiently cooled. Hopefully they solved this and will set a precident for an overall better laptop. Nonethless, Acer offers great bang for the buck.

says who? I have never had a problem with mine, and its OCed. I play Quake 4, HL2, FEAR, and WoW regularly. It sure doesn't get as hot as an mbp. That said, they are definitely a good value. I can't speak for customer support, but i hope i never have to use them. I use ATItool to lower clocks on batter power as well as OCing, stretching out battery life a bit. a 14" with this much horsepower will be cool. :thumbsup:
