ACDSee 4.0 (PicaView) not working with sp2...

I just put SP2 in on my main comp a few days ago, and have had no problems save this one. I really like ACDSee and PicaView which allows me to right click an image file in explorer, select convert, and it will automatically change the filetype. However since I've installed SP2, when I right click and convert, it gives me an "Unrecoverable Plugin Error" and while it creates the .jpg file I'm attempting to convert to, it's 0k and shows empty. I can then not delete the 0k file until I restart.

I had a friend who also uses ACDSee 4.0 and SP2 try, and he was able to convert without error. I uninstalled SP2, and converting worked again...then put SP2 back in, and back to the same error. I really like PicaView and have reverted back to SP1 for the time being, as this error is quite frustrating. I looked at the ACDSee site to see about upgrading to a newer version, however none of their new software comes packaged with PicaView, so I don't think that'd be worth doing.

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear 'em, thanks.
