Accurate cpu temperature readings without BIOS?

I was wondering if there is a way to get accurate cpu temp readings without rebooting and going into bios everytime? Im running a new t-bird 1.4 on an ecs k7ama. Thanks.

The motherboard monitor program or motherboard probe program are good.
They support most chips but not all.
You can probably find them at www.teakfiles.com or use a search engine.
