Accuracy of CBid?

Hi guys. i have a AMD64 3200+ and ive been playing around with settings for a while now and i have the current settings at 2.45 GHZ (seemed to of maxed out) with ram running at 2.5-3-3-6 1T. Anyway i was wondering how accurate this Cbid program is at identifying temps, voltages etc. Asus probe reports my idle temps of 36 c (using XP90 and AS Ceramique) and CBID also reports 36 C. all good. however, CBID reports my vcore is at 1.17 volts but i however set my vcore to 1.575 in the bios. how accurate is this, that my vcore is really at 1.17 volts?? also how can i find out the stepping of my proc with this program - ive heard that it can be used instead of having to remove the HS from the proc. greatful for any help 🙂
