So last year. AE is hitting on a girl who works at the local dining commons. She tells him she's graduating and getting ready for med school. He is caught off guard and blows the pick up. Oh well he'll never see her again...

Until today.

We see the same girl working at the same dining commons. She doens't remember him as he talks to her. She mentions that she's a second year UNDERGRAD. WTF???
