Is there an easy way to customize permissions (both those involving the registry settings, directory restrictions, and drive space restrictions)?

How do you copy an existing account to a new account?

How do you customize the "Default User" account (i.e. placement of shortcut icons on the desktop, prevent IE and OE icons placement in the "QuickLaunch" toolbar, "Explorer" view settings, etc.)?

How do you prevent users from accidental alteration of settings such as icon placement, or accidental deletion of icons (NTUSER.MAN doesn't seem to work)?

How do you have Windows 2000 time-out (close programs, save files, and log-out of account) a session when it is idle so other users can log in to use the computer?

I know a lot of you use Win2K Pro. So, how did you set it up?

Come on you guys. Hasn't anyone tweaked Windows 2000's settings yet?
