Due to terms outlined in new announcement about 'Google abuse' I want to delete my account.
How do I do this?

*I have zero respect for google, any of their products and their Gestapo tactics.
 
Accounts are not deleted, but you are welcome to leave at any time.

You can render your account permanently unusable, there are several successful methods.

This is an extreme knee jerk reaction to this decision, I think. Because for every web site that actually admits to being coerced about stuff like this, there are probably a whole lot more that just quietly submit and simply change their policies without any explanation.

And kudos to the forum management for disclosing this coercion in the first place.
