That looks infinitely better than the crosstour or the venza.

You're also the first person who called a stock GTI rice, there's a reason its reviewed as a very well balanced nicely sorted sport hatch. If you don't know the difference its hard to tell a regular golf between a GTI.

VW GTIs are rice. That's just the way it is. I have seen more GTIs running riced out than anything else combined. Scratch that, Civic SIs.

That unfortunately i agree with. GTIs and MS3s hit the spoiled teenager demographic here and are usually ridiculously modded out when seen. Or not at all, depending on their owners.

Euro cars are popular with the hellaflush crowd, which i just want to punch in the face.

I actually think the Venza looks nicer than the Explorer as well.

I think the Venza is a fairly nice looking ride overall. That's saying a lot from me...

If we're just talking wagons, there are definitely better. I thought we were limited to crossovers or utes.

RS-4 avant wins!

I feel like the Crosstour is one of Honda's least-attractive vehicles. I really like my Civic coupe and wouldn't mind some of their other vehicles.

Oddly enough I did see my first "in the wild" Crosstour yesterday. And unoddly enough it was being driven by an old woman with a enormous church lady hat with a flower in it.

Heh.

Is this some kind of 4chan prank where they are having members troll forums saying how attractive this car is? Because it is supremely hideous.

When my friend was looking at cars a few weeks ago the Honda salesmen admitted the crosstours were selling like crap because they were so ugly.

Honda & Acura have one of the ugliest sets of cars out there.

Crosstour
Pilot
Element
Ridgeline
TL (WTF were they thinking?????)
The Acura version of the Crosstour

At least the MDX and RDX look halfway decent.

I'm taking my Accord in for service on Monday, I'm gonna ask them what they think about the crosstard.

TL Front looks fine, rear looks terribad.

I love the Ridgeline looks.
Element is a meh but all those types of cars look bad
Pilot looks boring but not offensive
Crosstour looks great

ZDX is hottest thing since the BMW X6

Agree, they're very bland.
I do like the Civic still though. Not much else..

Nothing wrong with it, or even remotely birdlike about it.

Thats ghastly, I've seen like 4 of those on the road since they came out. Contrast that with at least 10-20 of the old body (ridiculously attractive) style.

When I was car shopping with that same friend we went to the acura dealer as well (try out a TSX) and I asked if TL sales were in the toilet because of the redesign, he said they were and Acura USA dealers have been complaining about it.

Interesting fact is that the MDX is practically the only thing they sell at the moment.

Did you ask what % were they down, compared to their total % down?

Yea, probably because of the Recession.

I would have never said either one, but a guy I work with just got a black Venza with I think every option you can get - touchscreen nav, all power options, leather, sunroof, entertainment system w/ wireless headphones, JBL soundsystem, tons of trim work inside and out... at first I thought it was a brand new Lexus RX, until he took us to lunch in it.

It's fucking beautfiul in person (seriously), and the 20" wheels are enormous. Rides exceptionally comfortably. He said the only gripe he has is that it rides like a lexus sedan - with no handling feedback at all. But he's two cars removed from his last sports car (G35), and greatly prefers it over his last SUV.

Kinda shocked how much I liked it.

Aside from a front view, the Crosstour is FUGLY. It looks like a 4 assed monkey.

Dude, it's an ugly car... Face it, your taste sucks.

The only Acuras that beak grill looks even tolerable on are the TSX, and maybe the MDX...

ANd the car is smiling at you from behind. Just hideous. Dunno who the new design lead is, but he needs to be taken out back and shot. They still make good cars aside from the ridiculusly button heavy centerstacks, but the exterior designs are an affront to good taste.

+1 for the tsx wagon, based on the european accord wagon and scheduled to come to the US as a 2011 model. I would agree with the previous poster that it will likely be available with the V6.
