As brainless as our courts, lawmakers and insurance folks can be, they are not robots. If someone is so grossly negligent that they were going SEVENTY MPH towards a vehicle at a DEAD STOP, do you honestly believe that the person that got hit would still be held responsible for being pushed into the car ahead of them?
I don't often feel the need for the :roll:, but it's well-merited here. Use your head, please. You can always come up with some extreme example. Be realistic - we're talking NORMAL circumstances here.
