accidentaly deleted recycle bin from desktop

I accidentally deleted the recycle bin from my desktop. Instead of choosing "Empty Recycle Bin" I chose "Delete" from the right-click menu and just blindly pressed the OK button on the next screen thinking it was the delete files confirmation. How do I restore it?

I found this on Microsoft's support site, but I don't know if it would work in my particular circumstance, any thoughts?
