Accidentally drank my spit cup last night

Woke up in the middle of the night thirsty and saw what i thought was a cup of some water, topped it off with some tap water and drank

Didnt realize until the morning when i went to rinse it out and foamy stuff was sticking to the sides and realized it was my couple day old spit cup I had topped off and drank
