Hey guys,

I seem to have made a mistake with Comodo Internet Security when a popup came up for BOINC and I clicked block instead of allow, and "remember this" was ticked, now BOINC won't connect to any servers at all. I've gone through the list of events and can find the event which I blocked, but I can't see any kind of block on BOINC in my advanced rules. BOINC is a trusted program. Anybody got a clue how to reverse my error before I just wipe my OS and stick linux on it? :/

On the upside, I just started my job as a trainee technician at Sheffield University faculty of Engineering :) hope to be more active on the TeAm soon.

Congrats on the job :) Sorry, I don't know much about Comodo...

Thanks for that. The job is going very well so far!

I think I have a different version of Comodo to you, walleironhead (Premium?) but BOINC was set to allow any connection. I couldn't fix it so have uninstalled and gone back to folding until I have more time to sort stuff. Folding is still useful at least :)
