Alright, so I recently got a new computer. It has an ASUS M5A97 Motherboard. I got a CD that installed various programs, including one which allowed overclocking. When I was glancing at it, being my clumsy self, I pressed accept on the overclocking stress test instead of cancel. It proceeded to shut down my computer and then boot it up to a state where the computer was on but nothing showed on my computer. Being my stupid self, thinking nothing of it at the time, forced shut down the computer. When I turn it on now, nothing shows up on screen. Is it still continuing the test or did screw this one up big time?

You can reset the bios using the CMOS jumper on your motherboard (check your manual). Unplug the machine, move the jumper to the other pins, wait 10 seconds then move it back and boot up. The overclock will be gone and the defaults restored. You will need to setup the bios again but all should be well.
