How To Accessing the config menu in a Linksys router

I have a LinkSys SE3005 and while it sees the PC connection, but it's not seeing the Blu-ray player. I figured I should log in to the setup menu and see what's going on but I can't even do that. Linksys says the menu is reachable via 192.168.1.1 but it times out. ipconfig/all returns a default gateway as 172.88.192.1, but that yields nothing as well.

Help please?

Linksys SE3005 is a switch, not a router, it has no IP address and no management interface. You probably have a modem gateway from your ISP? And you have a networked Blu-ray player?

ISP name and it's modem gateway brand/model? Blu-ray player brand/model?
