accessing system32 on school network

i am wondering if it would be possible to access system32 to open up the command prompt without admin rights.
anybody know how i could do that?
 
1) This is the wrong forum.

2) You won't get help here circumventing an employer or school's security. If you have a legitimate reason to be accessing this, talk to your sysadmin. Otherwise, don't try to bypass it, because even if you are successful, they'll almost always find out and bust you.
