accessing system32 on school network

i am wondering if it would be possible to access system32 to open up the command prompt without admin rights.
anybody know how i could do that?
 
If you can't get there in programs>accessories> command prompt
or
start>run> cmd

Then you weren't supposed to use that feature. No one here would help you bypass the computer administrator's settings. I suggest asking them and giving them your reason for doing it.
