Accessing partition?

I attempted to change my drive from Basic to Dynamic. When I rebooted I got BSOD, I tried to repair from CD but no go. I put the drive as a slave in another working system and was able to access all the files except one partition that I restricted to Administrator only. I can't even read the partition and would like to greatly as it has all my work files, any ideas?
 
Doesn't anyone read this forum anymore🙂

If I boot to DOS do you think I could access the files that way?
