Accessing old/original account?

I have 'sent an email to administrator' when attempting to reset my password for my original account, but have not received a response (its been a few weeks).

The email address applied to my original account not longer exists (it was an ISP account, and I've long since changed ISPs), so I'm unable to reset the password.

Is there anyway to regain access to this account? If not, is it possible to have its stats transferred to this account? Post count, join date, and so forth.

It's best to PM a moderator about this issue or post in the Moderator Discussion forum. I would advise against posting usual topics topics not relating to this issue, as it's still frowned upon to have a second active account.

Yes, please start a thread in Moderator Discussions with information that will help identify the account - old account name, email address used, etc.

And, its not that I'm trying to hide this account, obviously, I'd really prefer to regain access to it. I just am/was not aware of the means to do so.
