Accessing Network Drive on Standby?

I've got a bunch of PCs in a Windows Networking workgroup. One of the machines is set to Standby after a period of time. How can the machine be "woken up" via the network to access one of its drives?

Edit: The machine is running Windows MCE 2005, BTW. It goes to S3 Standby.
