Accessing my IP from outside my router for WOL?

I plan on using the wake on lan feature while I am at school. I have a umax router and two PC's running on it. The internal address of my computer is 198.x.x.x

In order to use WOL(magick packet) on I have to send the information request to an IP. Is there a way to do this. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

You can map a port through the router (This means any packets headed for a specific port on the External IP address on the router will automatically go to your PC whether intended for it or not). You will need to know what PORT the packet for WOL is sent. You will also need to know what the external IP address is for the Router. All you need to do is map that specific port through to your PC behind the firewall, and then when you are out on the Internet, send the message for WOL to the external IP of the Router.

I'm probably confusing you.... If you don't understand, ask me to explain more....
