Accessing a SSH server on a second router

Hi

I've previously installed Tomato firmware on a Buffalo WHR-G54S router and set up and accessed a SSH server on it. Now however that router has been replaced by a modem/router supplied by the ISP and the Buffalo has been moved downstairs and connected to the TV, where it's serving as an (Bridge?) to connect the TV, which is wired to the router, to the ISP router via Wi-Fi in order to provide the TV with Internet and LAN access.

What I'm hoping to do is still be able to use the SSH server as a proxy for browing when on public Wi-Fi, so obviously the signal would have to go back and forth over the Wi-Fi between the two routers. I was also hoping to use the DynDNS tool on the Buffalo to avoid having to run a client on the PC (and the PC isn't always kept on anyway) but I'm not sure if that's possible if it's not the first router after the modem.

The ISP router is on 192.168.0.1 and I can see that the Buffalo connects on 192.168.0.11 but it's not possible to access it's GUI on that address. I have previously connected a laptop to the wired ports on it and been able to access the GUI but I'm not sure on which address. It used to be on 192.168.1.1 so maybe it still is but is there any way to change that so that I can access it from from the PC upstairs, which is on 192.168.0.3, or remotely?

I had the SSH server running on port 2222 so if I forward that on the ISP router to the Buffalo on 192.168.0.11 should that work? I've not been able to access it so far but it may be that the key and passphrase need changing, hence why I need to be able to access the GUI remotely (it's at my Dad's house and it's a bit inconvenient to have to go over there but I'd like to get it working before they go on holiday next week if possible).
