Access to Samsung TV hidden menu?

I have a Samsung TV, purchased recently, that has a trapezoid issue. There is no option to adjust it in the menus, but I've heard that TVs often have hidden menus that technicians use to adjust the picture.

Anyone know if these menus exist for Samsung TVs? It's a Samsung Dynaflat TXN2734 or TXN2034, I think. Other possible model numbers are 2434, 2036, 2730, or 2726. (Owners manual cover.)

I'm not sure if all Samsungs are the same but try this. With the TV turned off, press -mute-1-8-2- power on the remote.

You can do a search on Google for "Samsung service menu" for more info.
